WHAT YOU'LL DO DAY-TO-DAY :
- In this role, you'll be expected to collaborate with front office groups to evaluate investment opportunities in private firms worldwide, which are in early or late stages of funding. You'll be expected to analyze unit economics and total addressable market, conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis, build models using available data on the target investments, perform data room due diligence, and prepare investment write-ups and presentations.
- In addition, monitoring existing portfolio investments regularly will be an expectation.
- Additionally, you may be required to attend calls with company management and industry experts, to strengthen your take on an investment opportunity.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR :
- Candidate should have a degree in finance or equivalent, with more than five years of investment research experience, preferably in technology, media, and telecom sectors in any geography
- Candidate with experience working in private equity or venture capital firms may be better fits, however we recommend those with exceptional equity research and valuation skills to apply
- The candidate should have analytical prowess and keen attention to detail
- Candidate should also have excellent verbal and written communication skills
