Lead Analyst - Institutional Broking (10-15 yrs)
Responsibilities -
- Preparing equity research reports viz. Initiating coverage, quarterly updates, event updates, etc. for institutional clients, attend analyst meets and conference calls
- Identifying alpha opportunities and risks; to justifying the investment thesis to institutional clients.
The analyst will be responsible for maintaining a continuous coverage on allocated industry sector and individual stocks and Provide Buy/Sell/Hold Recommendations
- Experience in conducting road show, management meeting, plant visit
- Collate and analyze industry data from various research database we subscribe to
- Keep abreast of important trends and developments in the relevant sectors/geographies
- Experience in conducting management calls, expert interviews and in-depth secondary research.
- Make regular presentations to the team on relevant topics/areas of expertise
- Solve client query and objections with clarity and confidence.
- Experience in writing alternate research / Annual report analysis / Forensic research
- Excellent financial modelling and report writing skills with experience in writing ICRs
- Proficiency in using financial information databases, such as Bloomberg, Capital Market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and secure the research vote from buy side FM / Research people.
