Lead Analyst - ESG - KPO (2-6 yrs)
Responsibilities:
1. Comfortable with ESG standards such as GRI, SASB, TCFD, UNPRI and UN SDGs
2. Provide strategic consulting mindset with an ESG focus
- Ability to map As-is ESG processes and provide recommendations to client for a To-Be ESG process
3. Possess ESG services experience across Global clients in North American, European and APAC region
4. Engage with existing and new clients to demystify new ESG reporting solutions and create agnostic solutions
- ESG Consulting mindset
- Ability to demystify various ESG standards and create tailored solutions for the new and existing clients
- Ability to write ESG Thought Leadership pieces
- Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
