Lead Analyst - Equity Research - Pharma


About the Company:


- Our Client is a prominent Domestic Investment Bank that was established in 1994. The company offers a wide range of financial services and wealth management solutions to institutions, corporations, high-net-worth individuals and families.

- The company has expanded its operations to more than 350 locations across India and has an international presence in Dubai, Hong Kong, and New York.

- Are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Equity Research Pharma Lead Analyst to join our team and help us deliver insightful research to our clients.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct research and analysis on Indian pharmaceutical companies, providing regular updates and recommendations to clients

- Develop and maintain financial models for covered companies, forecasting future earnings and assessing valuations

- Monitor industry trends, regulations, and competitive landscape to identify potential risks and opportunities

- Build and maintain relationships with company management, industry experts, and other stakeholders

- Contribute to the development of investment ideas and themes, working collaboratively with the broader research team

- Prepare and present research reports, including written analysis and presentations, to clients and internal stakeholders

Requirements:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

- At least 7 years of experience in equity research, with a focus on Indian pharma companies

- Strong analytical and modelling skills, with experience building and maintaining financial models

- Deep understanding of the Indian pharma industry, including knowledge of regulatory landscape and industry trends

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders

- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

- CFA or other relevant professional qualifications preferred
