About the role
Responsible for conceptualizing and developing business initiatives/strategies to drive organizational business planning. Analyze the business performance from multiple aspects and present to the management.
What you'll do:
- Collaborate with Strategy team, business partners & regional teams to develop and implement strategic initiatives using quantitative data for making decisions
- Provide critical insights & recommendations for new business development, new products and solutions, and/ or new market development
What you'll need:
- 3-4 years of work experience
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) are a must
- Degree from a premier educational institute - IITs, BITS, NITs, IIMs
- Strong quantitative, analytical and problem-solving skills; must be comfortable working with data
