Legal Lead / AGM / DGM (Non-Litigation) Required for a Large Manufacturing Group ! Thane


We have an immediate and a very exciting opportunity from one of our clients in India. Our client is a very large, respected, well established and renowned Manufacturing group of India. They are looking to hire a "Senior Legal Professional - AGM/DGM" to join their Company ASAP in their Thane office.

The incumbent will be responsible for:

- End to end handling of legal matters and provide legal guidance related to formulation

- Identifying and mitigating legal and regulatory risks in documents and commercial arrangements

- Drafting, reviewing standardizing and negotiating agreements and documents

- Managing all Factory related legal / Statutory licenses & compliances

- Managing all recoveries related cases

- Due Diligence of Title documents,

- Drafting written submissions, replies to legal notices and managing ongoing litigation

- Assisting outside lawyers for Litigation matters

To qualify for this position you should:

- Education in Law

- Have 10 to 17 years of experience in Legal

- Pref have experience in Manufacturing organization

- Have experience in Factory related compliances

- Have experience in matters related to recoveries, land titles etc.

- Be currently from Mumbai/Thane or ready to relocate
