Role Purpose:

- For achieving budgeted income and increased net margins by owning donor acquisition through all acquisition channels, also everything from proposal review to designing income and expense budgets, vendor management.

Role and responsibilities:

- Recruit new agencies and manage existing agencies to support the donor acquisition process by ensuring that they perform at standards.

- Lead negotiations in order to finalise contracts that meet Company and Vendor criteria, and which are consistent with legal requirements and industry best practice and deliver efficiencies for the company.

- Explore new fundraising avenues / initiatives through external sources in line with Save the Children India strategy and objectives.

- Develop annual income and expense plan in support of organization strategy and objectives.

- Taking ownership of implementation and execution of sales policies and practices.

- Recommends sales strategies for improvement based on market research and competitor analysis, manage multiple channel income strategies.

- Builds, develops and manages sales team capable of carrying out needed sales and service initiatives.

Experience:

- Minimum 10 years of experience, preferably in a relevant discipline such as business acquisition, sales/Direct Sales/ Tele Sales / fundraising with more than 7 years of leadership / management experience in a relevant industry - BFSI, Insurance, Telecom, eCommerce etc.
