Job Description :

- Responsible for spares management for after sales service, including demand planning, forecasting, version control, etc. for spares supply to Retail Partners and company run service centers

- Improve forecasting accuracy across all service centers pan India

- Ensure retail partners maintain minimum stock levels at all times and ensure zero vehicle off road situation.

- Ensure Initial Dealer Kit is available at retail partner service centers prior to opening of service center

- Collaborate with cross functional teams to undertake pricing review of spares

- Support spares planning and inventory management for spares and equipment related to Charging Infrastructure.

- Minimize deadstock situation for retail partners by stock monitoring at retail partners and assist in liquidating dead stock inventory

- Ensure proper accounting of spares consumption by operations team

- Make continuous improvement of spares management processes and systems with help from Process Excellence team and business tools team

- Accountable for spares P&L

- Manage a team of spares management team at headquarters and regional locations.
