Lead Advisory - M&A

1. Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) or fund raising (Private Equity) experience required.

2. Must be involved in some live deals

3. Equity fund raising and M&A (cross border experience)

4. Execute transactions specifically forge relationships with the target, assess the business, engage with the management team, prepare IM, FM, teasers, explain the business to counterparties, manage expectations, valuations, closure experiences

5. Front end role for the entire deal team working directly with the Partner

6. Sectors preferred : agnostic, except Real Estate and Infra; Healthcare, Consumer preferred

7. Ability to effectively manage multiple, concurrent projects and meet deadlines while working both independently and in a team environment
