Designation: Lead Advisor Development Manager

Location: Mumbai & Kolkata

Job Description:

- Responsible for Managing the Holistic End to End Advisor Life Cycle (Onboarding, Recruitment, Activation & Productivity Management) for assigned region

- Team Management role with 2 levels of Team reporting (5-6 direct & 9-11 indirect)

- Ensuring hiring & retention of Consultant Trainers in all locations of the area/region for conducting IRDAI batches

- Overlooking the 25 hrs. Training Program for Advisors through Consultant Trainers

- Ensuring hiring & retention of Consultant Trainers in all locations of the Region for conducting IRDAI batches

- Ensuring manning & retention of AADMs in the Region under supervision.

- Co-coordinating & Ensuring all different activities such as brand activations, BOPs etc. to help Sales on business & recruitment activities @ Every Location & Branch is being carried out

Age 30-35 years of age.

- Willing to travel across areas/region.

- Handling the Team & Managing Desired Advisor Development Productivity

Skills, Knowledge & Qualifications :

- Sales Background with at-least 2- 3 years as a Branch Manager in Life Insurance Industry with proven track record of performance and people management

- Mandatory- Graduate; preferred MBA/ Post Graduate.

- Must have knowledge of IC38

- Team Handling Experience is a Prerequisite
