- The Marketplace business is an internet-commerce based platform where sellers across various domains can list their products, pricing and positioning, while receiving support from the marketplace owners in terms of warehouse and logistics, paying a service fee to the marketplace platform in exchange for the listing and e-commerce services.
Job Description :
1. Working closely with the leadership to drive Reliance Retail Advertising Strategy for the overall business growth
2. Drive Go To Market Strategy for Key Advertisers and Agencies
3. Work with the Senior Management team to present business reviews regarding how to increase adoption of new customer, keep retaining the existing ones, progress and roadblocks.
4. Building high potential teams with a focus that includes go-to-market strategy.
5. Candidate should be able to contribute both as an individual contributor and as a Team leader.
6. Building Category level GTM's and Case Studies
Skills & Competencies :
1. Candidate should be a strategic thinker and should also be in a position to execute plans methodically.
2. Candidate should have an experience/expertise of making data driven decisions
3. Candidate to possess excellent interpersonal and communication (both written and verbal) skills.
4. Candidate should possess strong analytical skills and structured problem solving skills.
Experience & Qualification :
1. Experience in working with e-commerce ad sales strategy team will be an added advantage
2. Comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-tasked, high-energy environment
3. 10+ years of experience in developing a sales strategy, BD, Strategic Partnerships, creating marketing program to win customers.
4. Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results
5. Prior Experience of working on 3rd party data tools like comscore, GWI another industry tools
