Lead - Acquisition - FMCG - IIT/IIM (3-11 yrs)
- Strong trade marketing experience in leading FMCG companies.
- Vendor and agency management skill sets.
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced, rapidly evolving environment by executing and iterating rapidly.
- Very strong analytical skills and number orientation.

- Strong academic background: IITs/IIMs.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive roadmap to drive brand objectives through offline channels including BTL activations, trade marketing and partnerships.
- Custodian of Awareness, Intent and Acquisition KPIs across every offline channel.
- Manage and allocate budgets across channels to derive maximum visibility, scale and efficiency
- Work across functions to translate product features and category insights into acquisition levers.
- On ground execution with agencies/Vendors/Partners/internal teams
