Lead - Accounting & Tax - CA

Job Title: Accounting & Tax Lead (CA).

Location: Gurgaon.

Work Type: Full-Time | Onsite.

Working Days: Monday to Friday.

Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM.

Salary: Up to - 20 LPA (Maximum 35% hike on current CTC).

About the Role:

- This is a senior finance position best suited for a qualified Chartered Accountant with over 10 years of experience.

- The selected candidate will be responsible for leading end-to-end accounting, tax compliance, audits, financial reporting, and automation initiatives across multiple entities, including international locations.

Key Responsibilities:.

- Lead accounting operations including closure of books, P&L analysis, balance sheet and cash flow preparation.

- Ensure timely compliance for direct and indirect taxes including GST, TDS, and corporate tax.

- Manage and coordinate internal, statutory, and compliance audits.

- Present MIS reports and dashboards to senior management and support strategic planning.

- Supervise financial controls, reconciliations, and general ledger activities.

- Implement automation tools and drive process improvements across finance functions.

- Work with international stakeholders and coordinate with service providers in other countries.

Key Requirements:.

- Chartered Accountant (CA) with 10+ years of experience in finance and accounting.

- Strong knowledge of Indian GAAP, corporate taxation, and international tax regulations.

- Experience with financial reporting, MIS, and ERP/accounting software.

- Proven ability to manage multiple entities and handle international financial operations.

- Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
