Job Description : - Acquiring a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements - Expanding the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives - Assisting the organization in acquiring new customers. - Drive the key Vendors and Partners to ensure the delivery of services as per the Client requirements - Ensure all SLAs are met with strict adherence to SOPs - Serve as the link of communication between Key Clients, Internal teams and Partners - Resolve customers' complaints in an effective and respectful way - Gather, report and communicate customers' feedback on all services - Measure, track and analyze key account metrics - Conduct Periodic Reviews with all Stake Holders and Partners - Structured Meetings with Clients at different Levels - Create reports for the Leadership Team and Clients - Keep abreast with industry and market trends and best practices - Research and source new potential clients - Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships
