Lead - Account Management - SaaS Sales (8-15 yrs)
We are hiring for Account Manager (farming role) with following job responsibilities and experience in SAAS sales is mandatory.
- Farming role
Key Account Management : Interfacing with key influencers for ascertaining requirements; managing customer centric operations and ensuring customer satisfaction by achieving delivery timelines and service quality norms. Also responsible for retention and growth of key accounts.
Business Planning : Devising effective strategy with a view to achieve sales target and profitability of the organization.
Sales : Taking care of the sales with focus on achieving predefined sales target and growth.
- Forecasting and planning monthly & quarterly sales targets and executing them in a given time frame.
Business Development : Strategizing & implementing the long term business directions of the region to ensure maximum profitability in line with organizational objectives.
Business Analysis : Mapping business requirements for process enhancements/ developments/ implementations. Assisting internal business partners and technical teams
Team Management : Providing direction and motivation for ensuring optimum performance & enhancing their professional and soft skills.
