We are currently retained by a client - a leading name in the Education space to hire an Academics Lead. It's a growing company which is established and is growing further. It would be great opportunity to take your career to the next level.

The role of Academics Lead is to be the thinker of how tech and content can be married for best results for a student's learning. So whatever it takes to make that connection of content leveraging technology is what this role revolves around.

Key Responsibilities:

- To align Technology, pedagogy and Learning with a view to provide holistic learning experiences to the learners

- Re-imagine the content to enrich the classroom experience and engage the learners.

- To map out the pedagogical and skill-based journey for a child's learning process and execute the same via process driven and personalized automation.

- To develop strategies for child's academic progress

- To review, edit and enhance all the content (Lessons, Assessments, and Worksheets etc.)

To Fit the Bill you must be:

- 5+ Years of experience in Teaching, content creation, assessment and pedagogical experience.

- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills

- Excellent Organizational skills and ability to multitask
