Lead/Academic Partner - EduTech - IIM/MDI/ISB/FMS (8-12 yrs)

We are currently retained by a prominent Edtech Startup to hire Lead for Academic Partnership.

- Are you an Academic professional who later moved into a business role? Read this line carefully as this is not a pure academic role nor does it need a pure play business person. Its needs a combination of both.

- The role will give you an opportunity to use your academic orientation and experience to provide great service delivery to partners and also be responsible to drive satisfaction and retention of key accounts of North India.

- The ideal candidate will be someone who started off as curriculum head and then moved on to business roles in the Academic space itself.

- Please note this is with an education startup that is growing in an exponential manner so please apply only if you want to work with a startup and are passionate about revolutionizing curriculum in the education space.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure visible customer satisfaction and flawless service experience to schools by managing effectively between management and school leaders.

- Ensure retention by taking onus of any escalations and liaison with different teams for revenue growth.

- Lead a diverse team of Academic Partners and upskill them to maintain high degree of satisfaction among stakeholders.

- Meet with existing clients of the company that is School Founders / chairperson /Principal and other key stakeholders to understand the challenges faced and close gaps in execution.

- Conceptualising and implementing training programs for the team to drive superior service for schools and resolve implementation challenges.

- Conduct timely observations and build efficiencies to track progress across schools.

To fit the bill, you must be:

- Tier 1 MBA graduate with 8+ years of extensive experience in handling existing customers in the education industry.

- Must have a farmer mindset to ensure repeat business with impressive communication skills across levels.

- Open to traveling extensively.

- Extensive experience of working with teachers and students and driving classroom solutions.

- Hands-on in building deep relationships with multiple stakeholders and must have led teams of at least 20+ people.

Please note strong pedigree with a background in teaching fellowships would be preferred for this. The role requires extensive travelling across partner schools in North India hence anyone who is not willing to travel on most days wont fit.
