- The City Head will lead multiple Sales Teams in the City which could be across 1 to 3 project sites and will be responsible for the P&L of that City.
- His key deliverable will however be Sales & Revenues.
- He will have to hire and grow frontline sales employees and Team Leaders, and manage them on a daily basis to ensure monthly completion of revenue targets.
- The City Head will be expected to review performance of all Teams and Frontline employees and to work with the Team Leaders to ensure monthly revenue targets are met.
- He will also interact with Central marketing Team to ensure enough online and offline leads are generated for his city's business.
