Our client is a leading Indian ITES MNC with a global presence. They service clients in various industries - Financial Services, Cable & Telecom, IT, Retail, Fashion, Media & Entertainment and Manufacturing. Currently having global strength of over 10K employees.
Job Role:
We are looking for Specialist - L&D / OD for an ITES MNC based out at Navi Mumbai.
Essential to have 6 to 8 years exposure of Project Management in Organizational Development, OD Intervention and Change Management.
Key Attributes:
- Manage Special projects - L&D, OD and other HR related initiatives.
- Partner with stakeholders across the organization for setting agenda, leading project meetings, to following up on action items.
- Develop project plans and deliver integrated solutions.
- Partner with third-party vendors or other internal stakeholders to ensure successful completion of project deliverable's.
- Develop and maintain project plans and documents including sequencing of tasks, drawing out inter-dependencies, scheduling, resource requirements, roles and responsibilities, status templates, road-map, process improvements, etc. to drive quality output.
- Develop clear change-management strategies and governance mechanisms to minimize any disruption after project completion.
Desired Skills & Expertise:
- Must to have 6 to 8 years of experience in end-to-end project management (L&D, OD and Change Management).
- Experience in partnering with third parties for L&D and OD.
- Good to have Diploma / degree / certificate course in L&D or OD.
- Strong at written and spoken communication.
- Analytical thinking.
