L&D Instructional Designer - Big4

Interesting job opportunity to work with Big4 for Hyderabad location.

Experience - 4 to 8 yrs

Location - Hyderabad

- Must have managed instructional designing in collaboration with SMEs

- Must have good knowledge of Designing curriculum in ILTS, VILTs, WBTs,

- Must have very good Exp in Adobe, Captivate and Story line

- Must have done end to end designing for learning Module

- Must have Exp in working for education domains or L&D terms

- Must have handled a team or managed a team

Responsibilities :

- Assess training needs through surveys, interviews with employees, or consultations with managers or instructors

- Design and create training manuals, online learning modules, and course materials

- Review training materials from a variety of vendors and choose appropriate materials

- Deliver training to employees using a variety of instructional techniques

- Monitor and evaluate training programs to ensure they are current and effective
