We have the following requirement -
HR Learning and Development
MBA HR 8-15 yrs exp
Role :will be responsible for building leadership capabilities within the organization by consulting, diagnosing, designing and program managing Leadership & Professional development solutions through the latest best-in-class approaches, techniques and experiences; ensuring sustainability and business impact of all solutions through integration, co-creation and collaboration with HR & business leaders across mutli-geographic locations
Required experience & skills
- 8+ years of L&D experience with 3+ years within the ITES / BPO /KPO industry
- Worked in a multi-cultural environment and managed multi-geographic stakeholders
- Self-Starter who is experienced in developing and executing capability development strategies
- Proven track record of developing, delivering and measuring success of both skill and leadership development programs through innovative techniques and modalities (coaching / Stretch Assignments etc.)
- Exposure to institutionalize L&D OPEX systems including managing process, systems and budgets
- Charismatic, energetic and engaging leadership style
- Adaptability and demonstrated ability to manage and work through change and ambiguity
- Project Management - Ability to prioritize, plan, lead and deliver on multiple projects across geographical locations.
- Ability to work with a cross-section of colleagues and influence without authority to successfully drive initiatives and gain cross-functional commitment and support.
- Learning agility - Proven hunger for knowledge and desire to build new skill sets coupled with a strong interest in Learning Organization
