Job Description: - Providing leadership, direction and management of the finance and accounting team. - Responsible for overall accounting function. - Establishing and executing internal control over accounting and financial reporting. - Preparation/ review of MIS, budget vs actual, monthly and annual financial statements for investors and management. - Develop long term budgetary planning and costs management in alignment with the organizations strategic plan. - Formulation of Annual operation Budget and Capex Budget and presentation to the management. - Develop performance measures that support the company's strategic direction. - Monitor cash balances and cash forecasts. - Ability for financial forecasting and growth potentials. - Producing Investment and Operational Budgets at regular intervals for efficient decision making. - Treasury Management including efficient review of the liquidity, credit and debts management. - Identification of short term and long-term investment opportunities. - Excellent relationship with the Banks, financial institutions and Investors for using financial resources to achieve the company's general objectives, optimising performance by negotiating terms. - Responsible for overall statutory compliance and management of the company and bringing in required tax efficiency/savings. - Risk Review &amp; Management. - Good understanding of Capital- debt structuring. Profile: - You are a qualified Chartered Accountant and have 6 - 8 years of overall experience and 2-3 years in finance controllership or senior leadership position. - Experience working with Start-up is mandatory. - You have the maturity to influence key stakeholders and work under pressure while ensuring quality output.
