Morgan, Verlinvest, Investment AB Kinnevik and Rocket Internet, we now have over 1700 employees across our SEA operations in Hong Kong, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam and Singapore since our inception in 2012.

Key responsibilities:

- Manage key process development in Lazada Express (Termed as LEX*) in multiple countries including, but not limited to, Malaysia

- Lead critical analysis of own fleet operations, highlight gaps & monitor performance across ventures

- Lead complete business analytics arm for ventures

- Drive strategic projects for customer delight in ventures overseeing development from conceptualization to auto-mode

- Work closely with local country operations, identify local needs & monitor project growth around the same keeping cultural diversity in consideration

- Coordinate with key stakeholder in IT; design operational specs for IT changes for LEX & ensure timely completion

- Lead operational standardization across ventures and implement 6-sigma policy in coordination with local ventures

Key requirements:

- Strong Analytical abilities

- Strong stakeholder management

- Excellent communication skills

- Passionate and ready to travel

- High tolerance to ambiguity

- Candidates with process management background preferred

- Candidates with eCommerce background preferred

- MBA from tier 1 or 2 college. Sound understanding of business required
