Job Description:

- Telecom practice includes knowledge of the technologies, advisory on cross border acquisitions and regulatory and transnational issues.

- Information Technology : Advising on structuring investments, outsourcing transactions, internet startups, established digital map making companies, e-commerce players, virtual payment systems, innovative voice and data application companies, social media companies from across the globe, new media, internet media players and a whole host of other technology companies.
