JOB SUMMARY:
This position will provide contracts & regulatory support to Head- Legal, handle all contracts and regulatory transactions in India and shall ensure all support related to Renewable Business.
JOB DESCRIPTION: Duties & Responsibilities
- Contract Management, contractual compliances monitoring and management; compliance support for operations of the Projects.
- Legal Risk Management.
- Reasonably fair knowledge of APTEL, MERC & CERC related regulatory issues and dealing with the advocates in the matters related to Regulatory Commissions and APTEL.
- Drafting, vetting, negotiating and interpreting various commercial contracts and consultation on contract disputes.
- Understanding of drafting of and issues related to Advance Bank Guarantees, Performance Bank Guarantees, Corporate Guarantees, Letter of Award, Letter of Intent, Power of Attorney, NDAs, Undertakings, Addendum and Amendment to Contracts, Lease Deeds, Rent Agreements etc.
- Drafting and negotiation loan documentation, Common loan agreement, Rupee Term Loan, Security Trusty agreement, Security agency agreement, Lender agent agreement and all related agreement and transaction.
- Drafting vetting PPA, Fuel Supply agreement, EPC contract, Turnkey Contract, International Sale Contract, Module Supply Contract, work orders and related advisory.
