Job Description : - Drafting family constitutions, restructuring family businesses, migration of residency and change of citizenship-state and succession planning advisory - Drafting trust deeds, documents ancillary to the trust deed, probate petitions, trusteeship, and executor ship services. - Drafting of onshore and offshore wills. - Business Succession Planning, Restructuring Family Partnerships, Investment Companies and Companies engaged in business activities/Corporate Houses and Family governance-related issues - Assisted in contributing to leading business dailies, personal finance columns and web portals on succession planning considerations, modes, and their implications. - Experience in conducting due diligence, drafting, and negotiation of transaction documents such as term sheets.
