Lawyer - Merger & Acquisition Segment (1-3 yrs)
Role & Responsibility:
- Lawyer experience into drafting, creating and reviewing contracts, permits, Transaction agreements and other legal documentation.
- He/ She should be able to handle various litigation matters.
- Advising private equity funds and strategic advisors with structuring, due diligence and documentation.
- He/ she should be able to draft and vet share purchase/ share subscription/ shareholders agreements as well as commercial contracts and legal opinions.
