Lawyer - Indirect Tax - Law Firm - LLB (4-5 yrs)
- LLB candidates required only
- Should have Mix of commercial, IDT tax and regulatory work around contracts
- Some litigation experience related to Indirect tax matters will be an added advantage
- Advice, plan, and support on GST including advising clients on transition planning & impact of such legislation & preparing them for the same.
- Advising on Customs, Central Excise, Service Tax, and Goods and Services Tax laws.
- Planning & ensuring the end to end statutory compliance related to GST including preparation & filing of the returns
- Litigation matters before authorities at various levels including providing assistance to seniors.
