Job Description :
- Drafting and Vetting of corporate and commercial agreements.
- Handling various corporate transactions.
- Preparing Due Diligence Reports and handling corporate & IP transactions.
- Drafted various Shareholder and Subscription Agreements, Asset Purchase Agreements, Token Sale Agreements.
- Draft and negotiate general commercial agreements on emerging technology including technology, software, and platform license agreements, service provider agreements, social media marketing agreements and vendor agreements.
- Corporate Filings and Compliance work.
IP Prosecution and Litigation
- Providing legal opinions on diverse corporate, commercial and employment matters.
