- Reviewing documents and factual research for existing cases and for investigations.

- Working on matters pertaining to allegations of abuse of dominance falling under Section 4 of the Competition Act.

- Regularly advising clients on the negotiability of transactions.

- Advising on a range of competition law issues such as the implications of commercial agreements, joint ventures and strategic alliances.
