An ever-growing Tier 1, national law firm is looking to hire Banking and Finance Lawyers&nbsp;&nbsp; - Ideally looking for someone with 2-5 years of experience in the field specializing in Finance Structuring, Insolvency Laws and NCDs. - Candidates working with law firms will be preferable. &nbsp;Location: Mumbai | Pune Requirements: - Managing title due diligence, structured finance, restructuring, bonds, debentures, loans, debt financing, securitization. - Candidate should have transactional experience. Job Description : 1. Experience in general lending and borrowing, ECBs, various types of security creation, finance involving bonds, NCDs, debentures etc. 2. Actual working or at least thorough knowledge of IBC would be a plus point. 3. The candidate must have an excellent technical application, drafting and research capabilities. 4. Drafting, finalizing and filing applications for Financial Creditors, Operational Creditors, and Corporate Applicant. 5. Drafting legal opinions involving banking, payment services, negotiable instruments, securities, security enforcement laws, contracts and company compliance.
