Lawyer - Banking & Finance

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Experience in Debt, general lending, and borrowing, ECBs, various types of security creation, bonds, NCDs, debentures etc.

- Drafting legal opinions involving banking, payment services, negotiable instruments, securities, security enforcement laws, contracts and company compliances

- Debt restructuring and insolvency under IBC and/ or outside

- Experience in Documentation related banking finance

- Experience of working in law firms is mandatory

Desired Skills:

- LLB with good academic records

- LLB with 4-7 years PQE in transaction and advisory (non-litigation) from a law firm

- Strong experience and industry knowledge in laws related to Banking and Finance

- Good knowledge and experience relevant acts

- Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and research skills

- Natural leader who displays sound judgment and attention to detail

- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
