Job Description
- Manage and streamline sales team for the allocated region
- Creating, managing & driving sales through channel partners in India / globally
- Prepare & present sales, revenue and growth forecasts to the management team
- Working on sales strategies, business developments and team building in order to increase sales
- Working closely with the implementation, client success & product development teams
- Locating and focusing on the existing customers and building a customer service approach
- Position solutions / products effectively to win with clients in pursuit of best-in-class RegTech technology
- Keep abreast of latest trends in RegTech landscape to generate meaningful conversations and sales opportunities in the target market
- Be a leader at industry events/conferences by actively networking and evangelizing the value proposition
- Exercising broadly delegated authority for planning, directing, coordinating, administering, and executing many routine and complex projects/programs
Qualification
- MBA / PGDBM / LLB with 8+ years experience in sales & partner management
- Must have good knowledge of best sales practices and methods
- Excellent negotiation, communication, time management and organizational skills
- Strong sense of personal responsibility and accountability for delivering high quality work, both personally and at a team level
- Proven ability to understand client requirements and proposing solutions
- Experience of working / partnering with top consulting firm, dealing with C level executives, a plus
- SaaS sales to Enterprise; RegTech, LexTech experience would be preferred
