Job Description - Head of Growth (Customer Experience & Acquisition)

- The Head of Growth is a key member of our executive team, instrumental to our future success and responsible for profitable sales growth, brand awareness, acquiring hundreds of thousands of new users, and keeping our existing users and clients engaged. To succeed, the candidate will manage and inspire multiple teams including brand marketing, digital acquisition, customer experience design, product & engineering, and sales.

- We seek a customer focused bold visionary that has experience building and growing digital businesses through the development of innovative experiences, and smart use of data and technology. This leader will have responsibility to collaboratively build and deliver on a vision that is informed by a deep quantitative and qualitative understanding of our customer's legal needs, the market, and trends.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and conduct market/customer research and outreach to existing customers to identify solutions that address their current and future needs

- Establish new product priorities; serve as the voice of the customer, and work to identify profitable product extensions

- Engage stakeholders to align on clear, actionable product strategies and priorities to deliver optimal results for customers and our business

- Lead the development of a product roadmap aligned with customer experience vision

- Lead the development of requirements in support of the product roadmap

- Lead the execution of product development & enhancements

- Regularly meet with development teams to share roadmap, product vision, review release project plan and obtain feedback on suggestions for improvement to be incorporated into future releases

- Conduct research and gather robust data to make data-driven decisions behind product and feature development

- Track and report on progress relative to the strategy, risks etc.

Key Skills & Roles :

- Bachelor's Degree in business, management, accounting, economics, statistics, information science or similar required

- 2+ years of extensive customer centric product management developing, building, and launching digital business solutions

- 3+ years successfully leading product management function for a digital business

- Demonstrated ability to prioritize among competing opportunities, balance customer needs with business priorities, and articulate the rationale behind decisions

- Experience translating strategy into tactical plans

- Experience as a data driven decision maker collecting, organizing, analyzing, and disseminating data and insights in a succinct manner

- Experience with development and execution of tactical plans in an agile environment

- Communication, leadership, team building, and people management skills that employees appreciate and competitors envy

- A blend of management, technical, creative, business, and marketing skills
