- In case of new process implementation, preparation of process flow on Ms-Visio and complete process document and discussion of the same with all the stakeholders and execution of the same in operation

SRN KRAs :

- Timely closure of all the tickets with accurate solution in empower portal as per TAT

- Ensure timely SRN of DBR stocks as per FC confirmation and as per policy

- Ensure documentation compliance

- To reduce the Sales Return cases by ensuring accuracy and doing RCA on monthly basis

- Good Team Player

- Ability to perform well as an individual as well as in a team

- Ability to handle a team having more than 30 team members

- Good Communication Skills

- Vast knowledge in Warehousing & Logistics operation

- Working knowledge of service CRM, SAP, Excel, PMP, MS-Visio, Powerpoint presentation
