JOB Description :

- Project Management- Extensive experience in detailed requirements analysis, writing user stories as per end user requirements.

- Understanding & preparing for business requirements documents, system data flow diagrams, SOP & process flow diagrams in concurrence with relevant stakeholders

- Analyze the complete requirement and accordingly prepare CR, BRD/SRS with all the details and closing the same in coordination with BU, vendor, Internal IT, and testing team

- Continuous transition and adoption of the new process are driven activities.

- Develop & deploy production metrics for each of the activities and build a continuous monitoring and improvement methodology.

- Identify, plan and implement key projects to improve quality, reduce cost, increase productivity and improve cycle time by reducing wasted time, scrap, rework, etc. resulting in significant business improvement and satisfaction.

- Responsible for targeting completion of process improvement projects within a specified time frame while achieving a cost reduction goal.

- Develop and co-ordinate the performance excellence/performance improvement vision and deployment planning as defined by the Executive Team.

- Preparation of and Score card and monitoring.

- He / She creates internal communication theme resulting from score card review

Desired Skills & Competencies :

- Certified lean Six Sigma Black Belt

- PMP Certified.

- Must have in-depth knowledge of Business Process Mapping and Modeling

- Business Process Re-engineering, Transformation, Lean Six Sigma, & Program Management

- Broad strategic thinker, with clear vision and direction of world class change management.

- Excellent presentation skills with solid communication capabilities and practices, both oral and written.

- Works well in team environment, with sound negotiation and problem-solving skills.

- Strong interpersonal capabilities and ability to work cross-functionally with other leaders on sensitive and/or emotional issues.
