(Tier 1  Place of Posting : Noida   Total Experience : 3-8 years  Reporting to : Head-PR & Communication  Key Result Areas :   - Drive the organization's media relations strategy with both external and internal stakeholders  - Create/review content for media collaterals - press releases, briefing documents, articles, media responses  - Leverage existing media relationships and build new ones targeting both national and regional media  - Plan and manage press conferences, media roundtables, FAM Trips  - Manage PR agency, set and achieve deliverables covering media across channels  - Monitor, measure and report the impact of media relations program  - Leverage interactive digital and social platforms for media engagement  - Drive brand's thought leadership through organizing participation in relevant industry forums  - Handle crisis management  Desired Skills and Competencies :   - Must be a confident communicator with excellent verbal and written communication skills  - Must possess excellent planning, execution and stakeholder management skills  - Have an in-depth understanding and relationships with key media - national and regional  - Must be high on attention to detail  Ideal Candidate :   - Currently handling PAN India media relations role in a Telecom/Retail/FMCG/ PR Agency set-up
