Project Management Support : a. Tracking project progress for timely delivery b. Ensuring timely closure of all stages c. Understanding bottlenecks and issue in timely delivery of projects and their resolution d. Influencing cross functional team involved in execution of project e. Ensuring timely alerts in case of risk in delivery 3. Process Improvement : a. Identifying gaps in planning and implementation of projects b. Formulating process corrections basis learnings c. Implementing corrections and analyzing results d. Measurement of results post correction 4. Leading special projects : a. Leading special projects defined to grow revenue opportunities b. Mapping relevant stakeholders in projects c. Defining project plan for same d. Implementing the project plan in cross functional team set up e.
