- To conduct Quantitative and Qualitative studies for the organization
- To engage constructively with the stakeholders/potential stakeholders
- To understand the expectations and needs and to propose possible Research solutions
- To design the Primary Market Research Study in accordance with the needs of the stakeholders
- Conceptualize, Design/ Update various Measurement Metric to serve the needs of stakeholders
- To lead a team of 1-2 Research Analysts (as and when the need arises) in order to deliver the Research objectives of the organization
- Ensuring smooth field operations through proper planning and managing field schedule
- To design and create appropriate questionnaires to conduct the studies
- To allocate the study to the field team and execute the project effectively on field through continuous monitoring and interventions
- To conduct personal interviews and group discussions
- To lead various Marketing Effectiveness Measurement studies
- To clean and analyze the data received from the Field Team
- To cull out insights and prepare reports on the basis of the data analysis/ qualitative interactions
- To present the report to stakeholders if the need be
- To do data analysis on the existing data for Secondary Researches
- To manage and train the Field Team & NHQ team to make them more efficient
- To lead and train Research Analyst
- To make market visits in relation to the studies (on ground/ proposed)
