Position Overview: Lead the Market and Consumer Research. Define, execute and analyze the research and present actionable insights. Principal Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Market/opportunity assessment: comprehensive review of the market through a thorough analysis of retail dynamics, completion landscape, consumer understanding and product feedback. 2. In-depth assessment of competitors involving a review of their business, product / service offerings, Go-to-market approach and outlook 3. Customer Intelligence - In-Depth and regular tracking of customers, their habits and needs. Finding and presenting actionable customer insights. 4. Product Insights - Tracking feedback of products and present insights for future roadmap. 5. Willingness to travel domestically / internationally for undertaking primary research on field 6. To ensure smooth execution of all projects and business, he /she will need to possess excellent operations management capabilities. 7. Operational responsibility will include developing internal methodologies and continuously refining methods and ongoing process improvement. 8. Assist in organization initiatives like business development, marketing and process initiatives Qualifications & Skills: - MBA/B.Tech/B.E with 2-3 years experience, preferably in research, or related areas such as consulting or analytics oriented jobs. - Ability to independently conduct comprehensive secondary and primary research - Strong experience on research tools. - Hands on experience in using research databases - Strong project management and multi-tasking abilities. - Top notch analytical and communication skills - Well conversant with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
