Key Result Areas The primary purpose of the role holder is to implement the organization's learning strategy for all the employee cadres of the organization. Key Responsibilities include: - Define frameworks and process for identifying training needs to identify skill development needs across job categories - Analyze development needs, formalize priorities &amp; develop road-map for action including curriculum design, development &amp; management. - Create and execute structured programs for development for different functions - Road-map of development (including mentor-ship) for critical talent within LAVA. - Develop a first time managers &amp; first time leaders programs. Enable people managers to be effective coach for their respective teams &amp; drive periodic programs to affect the same. - Design &amp; agreement on detailed calendars for skill development initiatives, personal development campaigns, mentor-ships for successors &amp; senior leaders etc. - Create Individual Development Plans for Senior &amp; Middle management - Institutionalize Measurement criteria for Learning &amp; Development Initiatives - Conduct and implement Management Development Programs for Senior &amp; Middle Management based on the needs identified - Tie-ups with various institutes to create learning intervention for specific needs - Create a strategy for Virtual Learning Management System Desired Skills and Competencies - Experience in Learning &amp; Development Function is mandatory - Candidate should exhibit strong ability to think and conceptualize - Exposure to OD concepts, diagnosis, and execution of key business interventions is preferable - Candidates with facilitation skills will be required - Should possess excellent verbal, written communication skills and consultative approach to problem solving skills Ideal Candidate - MBA in Human Resources
