Internal Audit Manager with Lava International Ltd. Noida

Key Result Areas :

1) Plans and performs process audits to identify process weaknesses, inefficiencies and operational issues. Recommends related corrective actions to improve efficiency and drive compliance

2) Conduct risk assessment of assigned department or functional area in established/required timeline & establish risk-based audit programs

3) Supervises minimum 2-3 Internal audit assignments simultaneously

4) Able to manage complex assignments

5) Complete the work with or without delegation

6) Coordinate with Outsourced consultants independently

7) Review the suitability of internal control design & compliance with policies and procedures.

8) Conduct audit testing of specified area and identify reportable issues and dimension of risk

9) Verbally communicate findings to senior management and draft comprehensive and complete report of audit area.
