The vertical of VAS - Value Added Services, provides us a platform to engage with the captive audience (customers acquired by Lava - Feature Phone and Smart Phone), create value for the consumer, and add revenue streams for the organisation throughout the life-cycle of the consumer. Key Accountabilities Accountabilities Cluster Major Tasks I. Business Head - Managing P&amp;L &amp; Annual Operating Plan creation for the vertical. - VAS Business Strategy formulation &amp; alignment of team for executing the same to meet AOP targets - Managing the front end consumer experience, back end digital platform for engaging with the consumers, extremely large database management for profiling the consumers. II. Partnerships - Spearheading Partnerships to identify &amp; on-board right partners so that relevant services can be offered to end customers. - Key Account Management, to retain potential partners &amp; increase revenue/business opportunities. - Negotiations to maximize the commercials. III. Customer &amp; Market research - Identification of customer needs basis their services consumption pattern &amp; come up with new products/services to cater the same - Expand &amp; Protect Revenue by recognizing growth opportunities in existing/new markets and map opportunities for offering relevant services IV. Team Management - Regular guidance and monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs) of team - Setting individual goals of individual team members. - Builds trust and strong cross-functional relationships across an organization to achieve common goals - Identification of training needs and career growth plans Major Challenges - Optimum RAM &amp; ROM (mobile memory parameters) utilization so that mobile user experience is not hampered - Dynamic Android application ecosystem (Start-up ecosystem) - Partnership with relevant service providers to maximize the revenue
