Job Description : - Lead the Organization S&amp;OP (Sales &amp; Operations Planning) process for Finished goods (Mobiles) and Spare Parts (After Sales Service) - Prepare key Business Dashboards for reviewing end-to-end Planning with Management - Lead Demand, Supply and Distribution of Mobiles - Lead the Forecasting, Procurement &amp; Distribution of Spare Parts - Develop demand forecasts (operational forecasts) at multiple levels of aggregation for multiple time horizons as part of a demand planning function based on business trends / demand drivers - Actively engage with Product Management on managing new products, and product phase-outs, taking into account inventory across the value chain - Drive and improve Forecast Accuracy across forecasting horizons for Mobiles &amp; Spares - Prepare Supply Plan in collaboration with Manufacturing to fulfill Demand Plans and ensure Availability across skus at all times - Analyze and troubleshoot Demand / Supply related issues in a timely and accurate manner - Optimize Inventory across the Supply Chain nodes (Warehouse, Distributor, Retail) and work on reducing obsolescence / Inventory Ageing Desired Skills &amp; Competencies: - Strong interpersonal &amp; Analytical skills - Good Stakeholder Management skills - Hands on experience of Forecasting - Experience and knowledge of Statistics Ideal Candidate : - Ideal candidate from Tier 1 B-School with 7-10 years- relevant experience in Supply Chain Planning across Demand / Supply / Distribution / Spare Parts Planning with experience of leading teams - APICS certification preferable - Working knowledge of SAP APO / JDA / similar tools preferable
