Job Description &amp; Key Result Areas - Manage Booking, billing, dispatches to customers and return from E-Comm customers and to mother warehouse from fulfillment centers. - Work closely with E-Comm sales team to understand market requirement and provide feedback to SCM Team to improve supply chain related operations pertaining to E-Comm activities. - Ensure KPI driven performance of all E-Comm Logistics activities and suggest improvements to make them more robust. - Ensure timely completion of receipts and dispatches as per E-Comm Customer delivery slot requirement. - Liaison with the E-Comm sales team and customers to ensure accurate order booking, correct documentation and proper record keeping for 100% deliveries. - Assist Operations Head in managing timely transportation from fulfillment centers. Ensure 100% reconciliation of dispatches and returns with all E-Comm customers and there are no differences in SAP v/s physical stock figures. - Assist Operations Head in managing compliance for E-comm elated operations. - Handle Inventory audits at all stock locations and ensure regular inventory checks for high accuracy. - Close coordination with RSCM/E-comm Sales team as well as NHQ SCM team to meet customer's expectations and compliance. Desired Skills and Competencies - 4-6 Years plus experience in Supply Chain Management including E-commerce supply chain activities. - Good communication skills to work with E-comm sales team and customers. - Troubleshooting attitude to ensure fast resolution of complaints, if any. - Basic knowledge of compliance at warehouses and Logistics.&nbsp; -&nbsp;Desire to improve supply chain operations.&nbsp; - Good team player and display positive attitude. - Good knowledge of SAP and must have handled SAP controlled inventory management operations. Order Entry to Dispatch - Same day before cut-off - 100% within time slot. b. 100% reconciliation of E-Comm Portal data and billing on same day. c. 100% POD collection for 100% deliveries to E-Comm partner warehouse. d. Inventory accuracy - 99.99% at VMI Wh Level at Customer's premises. e. 15% quarterly reduction in number of complaints - damage, loss, wrong shipment, wrong order. f. Fulfillment of reverse logistics - 100% with following complete process. g. Warehouses with quarterly improvement in productivity and 5S. Implementation of CIP (continuous improvement Program). h. Alignment with eCommerce Sales and SCM at NHQ.
