Lava International - Deputy Manager - Data Analytics - IIM/MDI/ISB/FMS

Key Responsibilities :

- Analyze, Build models on various types of datasets specific to Retail Sales

- Assist in market forecasting exercises

- Derive insights and suggest product related action items to various stakeholders, including top management

- Ownership of Market intelligence project (s) and prepare plan charters accordingly

- Communication with cross functional teams (Sales, Finance, IT, Product, retail) and follow the set processes

- Manage activities of reportee and plan his career path

Desired Skills & Competencies :

- Organized & collaborative

- Excellent Analytical Skills, good understanding of statistics (Forecasting models, Regression, Sampling etc.)

- Should be a meticulous planner of self and team's activities

- Interpersonal and effective negotiation Skills (Highly required when interacting with trade partners)

- High level of proficiency in MS Excel, MS Power point

- Additional knowledge of tools such as Power BI, Power Pivot and Tableau Public/Desktop will add

- Should be ready travel PAN India (Market Visits are a norm for this role)

- Should adhere to strict deadlines (Should handle multiple threads of work at a time)
