Lava International - Chartered Accountant - Financial Reporting

Urgent Required of Chartered Accountant for Financial Reporting Manager with Lava International Ltd.

Key Result Areas :

1. Consolidation and finalization of the year-end financial statements (quarterly as well as annually) as per IND AS.

2. Prepare the variances analysis for each entity's P&L & BS in sync with Ind AS & IFRS

3. Supervise preparation of Monthly Business Review Report including revenue, cost of sales, margins, expenses, capital expenditures, market share, etc.

4. Support senior management in preparing board & financial presentations, industry/peer group comparisons etc. for internal & external stakeholders.

5. Analysis of Budget vs. Actual results, highlighting trends, analyzing causes of variances and implementing corrective actions.

6. Maintaining internal controls to ensure smooth functioning

7. Scrutinize and check periodically the hygiene of General Ledger entries and balances.

8. Issue guidelines to all locations for timely and accurate closure of accounts.

9. Closure of statutory audit, Internal audit, group reporting, Internal audit, IFC etc

Desired Skills and Competencies :

- Experience in management reporting, preparation of financial statements

- Experience in reconciliation, variance analysis and cost analysis

- Hands on experience in working on large excel files -

- High level of initiative with ability to deal with multiple projects simultaneously

- Strong Numerical ability coupled with sound reasoning

- Working knowledge of SAP
