What you get to do in this role ?

- Provide our customers outstanding support and ensure all their needs and our contractual commitments are met

- You will also participate in customer facing calls helping to communicate progress updates, action plans, and resolution details

- Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders (Business and Technology) and ensuring technical feasibility.

- Ensure appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs

- Perform risk management to minimize project risks

- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors

What you should have ?

- You are a B.Tech (in information systems, engineering, computer science, or equivalent) or BCA with MBA in Finance from reputed Institute.

- 8+ years of cumulative experience in software, professional services, software development, and customer facing roles; a minimum of 5+ years in project management in running business or technology projects in (or for) banks.

- You have management experience leading teams for 5+ years with at least 2 -3 direct reports.

- A Hard-core Product Implementation experience.

- Excellent Client facing and internal communication skills.

- A strong fit candidate would also have experience with MEAN stack technology and products like JIRA, Confluence, and/or Git.

- Strong personal initiative and an internal temperature gauge for urgency will also be important to demonstrate.

- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi - tasking skills.

- PMP/Prince II certification is a plus.
