Roles: Business Analyst Job Location: Bangalore Job Description - Liaise with product manager to understand their needs and scope using epics and user stories. - Implement advanced strategies for gathering business requirements and documenting functional specifications and data mapping requirements - Prioritize requirements/user story and create conceptual prototypes and mock-ups - Master strategic business process modelling, traceability and quality management techniques - Apply best practices for effective communication and problem-solving - Requirement management, Planning & Monitoring sprint deliverable / validating outcome. Required Skills - MUST have 2+ years of exposure in product management in a bank or NBFC. - 3 to 5 years of overall working experience. - Experience of working in Agile Scrum Environment is preferred - Experience with Behaviour-driven development/BDD model is preferred - Strong Written and verbal communication, including technical writing skills - Experience in Business case development and Modelling techniques and methods. - Experience working in retail and SME lending domain in India in must - CBAP certification will be plus
