- Budgeting & Forecasting - Lead or support the annual budgeting process and rolling forecasts.

- Collaborate with department heads to align financial plans with business goals.

- Monitor budget performance and provide variance analysis with explanations and solutions.

- Process Improvement & Advisory

- Evaluate current financial processes and systems to identify inefficiencies.

- Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance accuracy, transparency, and control.

- Support implementation of new financial tools, ERP systems, or automation workflows.

- Reporting & Compliance - Prepare, review, and enhance financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP), and internal policies.

- Assist in audit preparations and respond to auditor inquiries with proper documentation.
